Serving Cuyahoga, Geauga, and Ross counties and covering more than 1.4 million residents, United Way 211 provides free and confidential referral services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our Community Resource Database includes almost 1,700 social service, healthcare, and government agencies, covering nearly 10,000 unique programs.

Through providing outreach, shelter, psychiatric, and supportive services, we aim to promote sustained recovery, independence, and community participation for those we serve.
